Is the NSP license for one website only?

No, we are great believers in providing you with great value for money which is why NSP comes with an UNLIMITED website license for use on ALL of your own personal websites.

Can I install NSP on websites other than my own?

No, your NSP license is for your PERSONAL USE ONLY and must not, under any circumstances, be shared with anyone else or sold as part of a website sale.

What Affiliate networks does NSP currently support?

NSP currently offers support for eBay, Amazon Associates, Linkshare.com, CJ.com (Overstock.com) and Shopping.com as well as Google Adsense, we are also looking at incorporating more Affiliate Networks in future versions of NSP.

Does NSP have an Affiliate Program?

Does NSP offer geo-targeting?

No, at present GEO targeting cannot be offered as a feature of NSP simply because of the variation which exists between different merchants in each affiliate network.

What do I do if I want to sell a NSP website?

If you have a website which you have developed and would like to sell onto another person then they will need to purchase their own license for NSP or you will need to purchase one for them as part of the sale price, the NSP license is non-transferable.

Will NSP work with more than one country?

Yes, NSP currently offers support for the United States and the United Kingdom.

Are there any special hosting requirements?

We have designed NSP to be as user friendly and hosting friendly as possible but in order to run NSP there are a couple of things you will need to check with your web host BEFORE purchasing the plugin:

Does NSP come with full user instructions?

Yes, our NSP software comes with a fully comprehensive product manual and installation manual.

Do you offer customer support for NSP users?

Absolutely! We provide each and every NSP customer with access to the Affiliate Wizard Members Forum where you can get product support, in addition if you can't find what you are looking for in the user manual and need assistance then you can submit questions at any time to the Affiliate Wizard Customer Support Desk and receive a response usually within 12 hours.

Do have a refund policy?

We will only provide refunds if we are unable to get Niche Site Platform to work on your server/with your hosting company, this is valid for 30 days only. All sales of Affiliate Wizard software products are final and are non-refundable. By completing your purchase from Affiliate Wizard through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods. 

Support for technical problems is available on our Support Page for the lifetime of the product.
